Soul Journey to England and Scotland

Just now settling in from my amazing soul journey to England and Scotland. There were eight of us who made the trip and met up with three more friends in Glastonbury, and several others who showed up and were such a blessing along the way.

The journey was magical and enlightening. Glastonbury is a place where time stands still so that you can face whatever comes up for you. It is said to be a place of Goddess energy where you find your passion. That was true for many who made the journey. We toured many of the sacred places and saw the remains of Camelot, Silbury Hill, Woodhenge, Avebury, the enchanted forest, the Abby, the Chalice Well, the sacred tombs and the Tor.

Stonehenge was my favorite place. We were fortunate to arrive before sunrise and to be able to stand inside of the circle of stones. We were welcomed by a large black bird that hovered over us while staying in one place. It seemed as though the bird was calling out to the others to let them know that we had arrived. If only the stones could have talked, as we were in wonder as such enormous stones were gathered up from a faraway place and situated in this space. There is definitely a calming energy at Stonehenge, as it is now a place where heaven and earth reside.

Before leaving Glastonbury, my lovely friend, Amoda Maa Jeevan stopped by for some tea. It was wonderful and so surreal to meet her face to face. We actually ran into one another on the streets of downtown Glastonbury and recognized one another right away. Amoda and her partner, Kavi, have been on the Spiritual Love Goddess BlogTalkRadio in the past and their message rendered rave reviews. The subject was about relationships and Amoda and Kavi did an amazing job. They will be on the Spiritual Love Goddess show again with more great information to share. So stay tuned!

After saying our goodbyes and leaving Glastonbury, we traveled to Scotland and spent time at the Roslyn Chapel. We also explored the city of Edinburgh which is full of medieval architecture, including some amazing castles. It would have been wonderful to spend more time there as there is so much to see and to learn. Edinburgh is a beautiful city and if you ever have the opportunity to visit please do. You will love it.

This journey was beautiful and heart-felt as it facilitated a releasing of the old and the bringing in of "all that is". It's when we fully know who we are that we can embrace what we are here to be and to do. When this happens, there is no more "existing" and going through the motions. It's saying goodbye to merely existing -- wake up, go to work, go home and go to bed and then do it again the next day. There is more to life than that. When we fully embrace who we are and live from a place of authenticity, clarity, love and compassion, our life changes. It is transformed. We are no longer merely going through the motions in life, but we are LIVING our life - Out Loud!

All of these changes can be made wherever we are in our life, as long as we:

• Recognize what is no longer serving us.
• Take responsibility for whatever it is that is showing up in our life.
• Forgive ourselves and others.
• Show love and compassion for ourselves and others.
• Be thankful for this gift. It has shown up so that we can let it go.
• Know and embrace that we are the creators of our life.

Once we embrace our authenticity and truly know who we are, our life changes in a powerful and fabulous way. We are no longer victims or martyrs but we are the creators of our life. We see others through the eyes of love and compassion and no longer react to the perceived negativity that is presented. We actually get to a point where we are thankful that this has shown up in our life and if we are triggered, we can work through, release, learn and grow. That is what life is about - learning, releasing what no longer serves us, growing and loving. It all starts with loving ourselves and seeing ourselves as the Creator of our life. Truly, it is the only way to live a loving, happy and abundant life.

So Powerful. Blessings to you, my friends.

Spring Equinox - It's Time Determine Your Dreams

Happy Spring to You! We had 70 degree weather on Friday and now it is 32 degrees and we have over a foot of snow here in the South! Amazing! I have been SO ready for Spring for such a long time and now it is here and the beautiful, huge snowflakes continue to fall. No worries, it's supposed to be 60 degrees on Monday!

This morning, there was a robin who flew onto my screened-in back porch. It was so afraid that it couldn't see its way out and kept flying into the screen. I went out and tried to help it by moving a chair over to the open door so it land on it and see its way out. I also put birdseed in the door way and sprinkled it outside thinking that it would follow the path. However, that did not happen. Then, another robin heard its call and flew in to help it, but the "trapped" bird was too afraid to follow its friend to the outside world.

After all of the help given to the bird, it finally flew out three hours later. Isn't that a lot like life? Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our fear that we feel stuck and unable to move. We have friends, family and even strangers clearing the path and giving us insight and yet we do not hear them for all of the "garble" going on inside our head. God allows doors to be opened and all we have to do is to take one leap of faith to get past the muck that has us stuck. Yet, sometimes it takes us awhile to gain clarity and to move forward.

Now is the time for planting and watering all of the seeds that we want to grow and blossom this summer and to harvest this fall. It's important to become clear about our dreams and desires and to focus on them and to believe they will come to fruition. It's the time to create your dreams. So dream big and believe in yourself. Focus on seeing and feeling what it will be like when your dreams arrive. Hold on to that feeling as long as you can. That action will fertilize and water your dreams so that you can reap the bounty.

Blessings to you and to all you will create during this time. Have a fabulous Spring!

The Marriage (Relationship) Manual

It's with great excitement that I get to share a huge secret with you. My good friend Laurie Woodard is going to join me for a pre-launch party on the Spiritual Love Goddess show on BlogTalkRadio. The pre-launch party is THIS Sunday, January 31 (that's tomorrow) at 6pm ET, 5pm CT, 4pm MT and 3pm PT. Don't miss being in the front of the line for this magnificent launch. It's almost like reading all of the Black Friday ads and knowing what each store is going to have on sale before the advertisements come out.

Laurie and her husband, BJ, have written The Marriage (Relationship) Manual. And a “manual” is exactly what it is! Simple, easy-to-understand language … no wasted words, just a straight-forward “here’s what’s wrong – here’s what you need to do about it” kind of approach…They’ve even included handy, quick-reference, “trouble-shooting” charts to keep us on track every day. It really IS just like a pocket-size owner’s manual for anything else you might hope to have last forever!

It’s already being praised by doctors, experts, and happy couples everywhere who have turned their own relationships around using the wisdom contained in this one slim volume. And everyone reports that it’s quicker, easier, and simpler than anything they’ve ever tried before … or even HOPED to find!

The Manual is divided into two sections...one for the ladies and the other for the gentlemen. Here's the thing I like -- it will only take you thirty minutes to read it! Yep, my kind of book. Plus, you can get the ladies portion of the book for FREE just for signing up on www.SpiritualLoveGoddess.com.

What a great gift for Valentine's Day!

Laurie is a girl after my own heart because she is giving away close to $500 of free gifts on the day of the launch, which is February 2. I have seen her gifts and they are great. Each person who purchases their book will be entered in a drawing for over $5000 worth of merchandise. The book is less than $20. Don't need a calculator to figure out what a great deal it is!

Join us tomorrow--Sunday, January 31, at 6pm ET, 5pm CT, 4pm MT or 3pm PT for our pre-launch Party!! Get the scoop before everyone else an explosive little guide to identifying and ELIMINATING all the most common causes of relationship discord and breakdown. Whether you’re married, engaged, or just entering that initial dating period… Whether things are still looking rosy for you, as you walk hand-in-hand through a field of daisies … or you’re already at that point where you are frustrated and at a loss of what to do… Laurie will educate us on ways we can turn our relationship woes into a passionate and loving relationship...the one we always dreamed of when we were little girls. Hummm...maybe there really is a Prince Charming after all. I am counting on it!

Relationships and You

Happy New Year to YOU!

I hope that you had a wonderful holiday season and are ready to create a wonderful 2010! The holidays can be tough for so many. Even though we are now adults, it seems that when we are around our families, our unmet needs from childhood surface and we become hurt, offended and angry. Whew!

What a perfect time to have relationship and communication expert, Patricia Nuovo, on the Spiritual Love Goddess Radio Show on BlogTalkRadio. Patty will be with us on Sunday, January 3, at 4 p.m. ET, 5 p.m. CT, 4 p.m. MT and 3 p.m. PT.

Did you know that incomplete communication, childhood experiences and feelings like rejection, loneliness and unworthiness can all stand in your way of having truly complete and fulfilling relationships?

Communicating effectively enables you to give love unconditionally and accept love freely. Learning how to communicate will create fun and fulfillment and help you learn how to keep romance alive.

Here are some tips designed to create better communication at home and at work. Understand verbal and non verbal forms of sharing information, feelings and thinking. It’s as easy as:
One: Listening: Listen to your partner, friend or parent by hearing the feelings behind the words.

Two: Checking Things Out: It is not enough to just listen. You need to be proactive and check out what you have heard. By simply asking, “what did you hear me say” is an effective means of feeling heard. This ensures you understand the communication.

Three: Understanding and Empathy: Once the feeling is expressed, it's time to put yourself in your partner's shoes and give feedback what you heard. This enables the other person to feel heard.

Communication is the key to a healthy relationship at home, in business and within yourself.

Please update your calendar so that you will be able to learn how to successfully communicate --- one of the greatest skills you can have. Also, logon to http://www.spirituallovegoddess.com/ and sign up to receive reminders, newsletters, updates, special offers, and the entire line-up of all the wonderful people who are going to be on our show in the upcoming days.

Blessings to you and our wishes for a loving, prosperous, healthy and happy 2010!

Imagine Finding the Love of Your Life!

Can you imagine sharing your life with a partner who is not only your best friend, but also someone you deeply love, trust, respect, and desire physically?

Can you imagine waking up to this person right now? Can you imagine knowing without a doubt that this is the ONE for you? Can you imagine knowing that your search for your life partner is over, because you have already found your Soul Mate?

Imagine being completely in love with each other, feeling a deep sense of connection and belonging that feels totally natural.

You don't need a dating service to find Mr. or Ms. Right. You already possess the ability to attract your ideal partner into your life, Right Now! You just need to clarify your goals...

According to the Spiritual Love Goddess, first, you need to decide what kind of personality and characteristics s/he must possess, what value in life that s/he must have, and how s/he looks in order to be sexually attractive. Sure, make a list. If you don't know what your goal is in anything you do, you seriously damage your chances of getting it.

When looking for love, remember to look for the person on the inside, not the person on the outside. Be honest and open! Remember that honesty is the number one most important thing in any relationship.

Can you imagine finding the love of your life? Subscribe to Spiritual Love Goddess and learn how!

Social Networking: Protect Your Reputation

Post this, tweet that, add it to your wall. If you haven’t gotten drawn in by the hype, I'm going to help draw you in now. But beware, you have a reputation to protect. Its your face on Facebook. And tweets can be instant death to your brand if you spam. Think before you type!

I love this metaphor creating for a profile: When you walk by someone’s desk, you are drawn to the photos and the way they have personalized and organized their space. You pick up on clues to their lives without realizing it. Only display on your profile what you’d put on your desk. Don’t add anything to your profile that you wouldn’t display for your supervisors, co-workers and clients to see as they’re walking by your work environment. Trust me on this. It's your reputation.

Contrary to popular belief, social networking isn’t about collecting friends. There’s no reward for quantity. The quality of your social networking experience will be based on the quality of the people in your network. Be sure to join groups related to your business interests. Many groups are nonsense, but there are quite a few that can provide useful information and professional connections. And remember, you will be judged by the company you keep.

A final word as you go about exploring the endless horizons of the social media galaxy. Limit time wasted on social networking sites. Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, and even the new social marketplaces like Bonanzle can suck you in pretty easily. Remember, you have work to do. It won’t help your business if you fail to accomplish projects because you were too busy playing or shopping. If you find that you’re spending too much time reading message boards and chatting, playing games or gossiping then set limits for yourself. And think about your reputation.

Maybe you need a protective eye watching over you!

Do Evil Eye Beads protect against harm? It would seem so...

This thousands of years old talisman continues to fight against the evil eye all over the world. Sometimes called "Protective Eyes," Oprah, Madonna, Britney Spears, Sharon Osbourne, Debra Messing, Jennifer Aniston, and Selma Hayek have all been photographed wearing this All-Seeing-Eye Bead jewelry!

In Turkey or Greece, wherever you look, you'll meet plenty of eyes looking at you. It is common in the Turkish culture to give a gift of an Evil Eye Bead. People hang a small evil eye amulet from the rear view mirror of their car, keep several small evil eye beads or evil eye charms on hand to give to guests, hang an evil eye near their door in the home or office.

It is said that the evil eye bead gives protection and brings luck to all!

Be sure to visit our Bonanzle booth while our supply of Protective Eye jewelry lasts!
